List of colleges that are fully funded by the national government. As from 2017, students who are enrolled in state colleges are not required to pay tuition fees. State colleges are also required to offer at least one undergraduate degree program. The Commission of Higher Education (CHED) is responsible for setting and maintaining the standards for all undergraduate programs offered in state colleges.
