For the first time in her 114 years of existence as an educational institution, FCU breached the six thousand mark with a recorded total student population of 6,181 which is 20.42% higher compared to the previous year's first semester's enrolment of 5,133.

Playing a big part to the bustling population of the University is the collegiate level with 1, 831 enrollees despite the gap in the second and third year levels due to the full implementation of the Kto12 program. The continuous influx of Senior High and Graduate School students also contributed to the growing population of the institution. Below is the pie chart of the different departments' enrolment distribution and their percentage:

Noteworthy is the steady rise in the population of the Basic Education which is comprised of the Kindergarten, Elementary, and High School Departments. Both elementary and high school showed consistent increase in their enrolment for the last three years while there is a minimal decrease in the kindergarten between Academic Years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.  Below is the comparative summary for the last three years' combined enrolment of three departments.

Below is the line graph of the comparative summary of Collegiate level and the Graduate School in the last four semesters. The significant drop in the college is due to the void in the last two years enrolment with the full implementation of the Senior High School. On the other hand, the opening of Graduate School extension classes at Garcia College of Technology in Kalibo, Aklan contributed to the gradual upswing of its student population.
