UMAP Summer Program 2017

University Mobility in the Asia and the Pacific (UMAP) is pleased to announce that the UMAP Summer Program 2017 is hosted by UMAP Japan National Committee with Toyo University and Nigata University. This program will provide participating students opportunities where they can learn about roots of Japanese culture, concepts of value whom Japanese people have, disaster prevention, company management, civic movement, development cooperation, and environment policies.

 

Students with the following characteristics are encouraged to apply:

  • Outstanding students ages 18-23 as of April 1, 2017
  • Good command of English Language
  • Friendly personality
  • Has leadership skills, and
  • Enthusiastic

Program fee of 40, 000 JPY, roundtrip airfare and local transportation between airport and I-House / Tokyo station shall be shouldered by the participants.
