Thousands of graduating high school freshmen college applicants took the PUP- Polytechnic University of the Philippines entrance examination or PUPCET this January 27, 2012. PUPCET is held annually as pre admission requirement for qualified graduating high school students whose academic performance is above average and with good moral character. Polytechnic University of the Philippines College Entrance Test (PUPCET) runs until February 8 2013. The test schedule for 2nd batch is on February 17,2013.

You are advised to confirm the schedule of the processing of your credentials, interview, and enrollment from March 25 to April 5, 2013.
If the name you searched for does not display here, the examinee is not included in the list of PUPCET passers.
Waiting List
Confirmation for Waiting list will be done on April 26, 2013 if your High School General Weighted Average (HSGWA) is 82 and above. Your chance to be admitted will depend on the availability of slots in the non-board programs.
Institute of Technology
Examinees who did not qualify for interview in Bachelor’s Degree Program and in the Waiting List but obtained a High School General Weighted Average of 80 may enroll in any of the 3-year diploma programs of the Institute of Technology.
English Placement Test
Applicants whose 4th year High School English final grade is 80% or below must take the English Placement Test at Multimedia Center, S-410 to be administered by the Dept. of English, College of Arts and Letters , PUP, Sta. Mesa Manila.
PUP at present, the country’s biggest state university is offering 62
programs through its 17 colleges and 22 branches nationwide. Admission in PUP is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis
subject to the availability of slots. In addition to the general criteria set by the University, admission
to an academic program depends on the satisfaction of the specific
criteria set by the colleges.
