PNPA - Philippine National Police
Academy released the
result of the Neuro -Pschychiatric
Exam result for Class 2016 applicants. The Neuro test was
the next phase of screening after passing the PNPACAT held last December 20,
22, 27,29, 2011 and January 4 to 5, 2012

THE FOLLOWING NAMED APPLICANTS HAVE QUALIFIED FOR THE THIRD PHASE OF THE PNPA SELECTION PROCESS AND ARE ADVISED TO REPORT AT PNPA (NPC ANNEX) CAMP CASTAÑEDA, SILANG, CAVITE ON THE CORRESPONDING DATE AND TIME FOR THE MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXAMINATION, PFT AND INTERVIEW:PNPA Neuro Result 2012

is the 3rd phase of the screening. All applicants that have passed the Neuro-Psych exam
will undergo the PHYSICAL, MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXAMINATION

the original and authenticated copy of the following
documents in folder with tabbings:
A) Birth Certificate from NSO
B) Certificate of Non Marriage from NSO
C) Community Tax Certificate 2012 (CEDULA) for 18 years old
and above
D) Barangay Clearance
E) Police Clearance
F) Fiscal Clearance
G) NBI Clearance
H) Transcript of Records for College graduate, College
undergraduate & with Vocational Course
I) Form 138/137-A for High School Graduate or Graduating
from High School this school year 2012
J) Certificate of Good Moral Character
K) Five (5) pcs of 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 pictures with white
background

FOR THE THREE DAY PROCESSING PERIOD: Maong
Pants and Plain White T-Shirt
- ATTIRE
FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST (PFT):
MALE: White Short Pants and Plain White
T-Shirt
FEMALE: Jogging pants (any color) and Plain White T-Shirt
- ATTIRE
DURING FINAL INTERVIEW: FORMAL
- REMINDER: PNPA is not responsible
for the board and lodging of the applicants during processing
