Here is the detailed Guideline about the admission procedure:
GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Only candidates for high school graduation and graduates of the current school year are immediately qualified to apply for admission and take the Lyceum's College Entrance Test (CET).
Applicants must submit the following requirements:
- Two (2) pcs. 2"x2" recent, identical pictures (colored, any background)
- Photocopy of the 4th Yr. Report Card (indicating latest grading period)
- Certification of Candidacy for Graduation and of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of Birh Certificate
- Testing fee of Php400.00
Note: Foreigners graduating from local high schools should present their birth certificate and applicable alien papers
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BS NURSING
- Photocopy of the 4th Yr. Report Card (indicating latest grading period)
- GPA of at least 80%
- At least 5ft. in height, desirable body weight
- Two(2) pcs. long brown envelope
