CEU (Centro Escolar University of the Philippines ) check this procedures in your application and enrollment in the University. CEU has three campuses; these are in Manila, Bulacan, and Makati .

For Manila Campus ( Freshmen Admission procedure)
1. Proceed to the Counseling and Testing Department for the application for entrance examination.
2. Submit accomplished application form and five (5) 1½” x 1½” ID photos to the Counseling and Testing Department (CTD), 3rd floor, SDV; get schedule of examination and room assignment.
3. Proceed to the Cash Department and pay the entrance examination fee.
4. Take entrance examination at the specified date and place of examination.
5. While waiting for examination: results, prepare additional requirements for admission:
· Original Form 138 / H.S. Report Card
· Good character testimony from the high school principal
· NSO copy of birth certificate (original and photocopy)
· Claim test result from CTD and the accomplished application form for admission.
· Certificate of Eligibility (for Dentistry applicants only)
· Proceed to the Dean to present the requirements and for interview. If admitted, sign Student’s Pledge
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR:
B.S. Nursing Applicant:
· Height Requirement: Male - 5'2", Female 5 ft.
· 82% and above 4th Year General Weighted Average
· No Final Grade Lower than 80% in any Subject
B.S. Accountancy Applicant:
· 85% 4th Year General Weighted Average or its equivalent
For MAKATI CAMPUS (freshmen admission procedure)
6. Secure an application form from the Recruitment and Placement Department;
7. Fill out and attach two (2) 1 ½ x 1 ½ I.D. picture (colored or black & white);
8. Pay the entrance examination fee (P396.00) to the Cashier's Office; and
9. Submit the form with picture and receipt to the Counseling and Testing Department (4th floor)
REQUIREMENTS FOR:

Note that All entrance examinees are requested to process and take the entrance examination @ the Makati Campus- Sen. Gil Puyat. Schedule of Examinations and Examination Fee may change without prior notice.
For Malolos Bulacan Campus ( admission procedures for freshmen )
Pre-Enrollment Guidelines for High School Graduates
1. Proceed to the Marketing and Placement Department for the application for Entrance Examination.
2. Submit accomplished Entrance Examination Form and two (2) 1 ½ x 1 ½ ID pictures to the Counseling & Testing Department (SDV 3rd floor); get schedule of examinations and room assignment.
3. Proceed to the Cash Department and pay the Entrance Examination fee.
4. Take exam at the specified date of examination.
5. Meanwhile, prepare requirements for admission while waiting for exam results. (See Admission requirements below)
6. Proceed to the DEAN of the respective college/school you have applied for, for the examination result, interview and other requirements.
Requirements :
· Original Form 138 / H.S. Report Card
· Good character testimony by the Principal
· Four (4) copies of latest picture, size 1 ½ x 1 ½
· NSO copy of the Birth Certificate (photocopy)
· Certificate of Eligibility (for Dentistry applicants only)
